Method of Preparation: Scrap the fresh coconuts Into a big vessel. Squeeze out coconut milk from the scrapped coconut with hands or white cotton cloth into the Panchaloha utensil. About 4 litres of coconut milk would be available with the 10 coconuts. Please make sure that no steel or aluminium utensil is being used. Boil the coconut milk at moderate heat for about 2 – 3 hours. It is best advised to use Mud Pot for boiling. While the milk is boiling, keep stirring it with a wooden spoon. Once all the water contents are evaporated, pleasant coconut oil smell could be sensed. Cool the contents and filter it. This end product is Virgin Coconut Oil. Uses:
