VIRGIN COCUNUT OIL



Ingredients:
  • Fresh Coconut [scrapped] - 10 nos.
Utensils Required:
  • Utensil made of Panchaloha  or Chinese Rot Iron
    [5ltr Capacity]
  • Mud Pot
  • Wooden Spoon

Method of Preparation:
Scrap the fresh coconuts Into a big vessel. Squeeze
out coconut milk from the scrapped coconut with
hands or white cotton cloth into the Panchaloha utensil.
About 4 litres of coconut milk would be available
 with the 10 coconuts. Please make sure that no steel
or aluminium utensil is being used. Boil the coconut milk
at moderate heat for about 2 – 3 hours. It is best
advised to use Mud Pot for boiling. While the milk is boiling,
keep stirring it with a wooden spoon. Once all the water contents
 are evaporated, pleasant coconut oil smell could be sensed.
Cool the contents and filter it. This end product is
Virgin Coconut Oil.

  • Virgin Coconut Oil is a very good taste maker in food.
  • It can be used as massage oil for new born babies.
  • It was be used as a skin softener & gives glowing skin.
  • It can be used as hair oil for people suffering from hair-falls.
